Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

2. Delivery Destinations & Times
We currently offer shipping exclusively to the United Kingdom. While we are a legally registered business in the USA, our products are dispatched from our international fulfillment centers. 
- Standard UK Delivery: 7 to 15 business days after processing.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4. Customs and Import Taxes
Since items may be dispatched from our international warehouses, any applicable customs delays are outside of our control. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery straight to your door.
