1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

2. Eligibility and Hygiene Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: 100% unopened, unused, with all original seals intact, and in its original packaging. Due to strict health and hygiene regulations regarding cosmetic products, if the product seal is broken or tampered with, the return will be immediately rejected and no refund will be issued.

3. How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@drmelaxinuk.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Do not send items back to our legal corporate address in the USA; our support team will provide the appropriate local warehouse address for your return.

4. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
